A birthday present for ~Starling-chan. She requested chibi art of her four main characters.

Karl is the protagonist(?) and has no sense of fashion, so I obliged with something strange.

Look at me with my pimpin’ mini-half-cloak, cowboy chaps, and argyle sweater!

Yes, Karl. Half a tiny cloak makes you look super cool, and the cowboy chaps really make you look tough. Especially when you wear a preppy/dorky argyle sweater.
